randomly won't let me sign in when I'm at home even though I set up 2 step authentication already when I signed up.

just doesn't work, can't use it on my phone no matter how many times I try to login even after uninstalling and reinstalling and checking for every freaking update. I go through two step verification but once I submit my password I get brought right back to the login screen. and haven't had an answer in months
