إدارة لا تقدر الأطباء ولا يتم صرف حقوقهم بالأشهر تصل المدة إلى ٦ أشهر في بعض الأوقات ولا يوجد من يفسر او يوضح سبب التأخير بل بالعكس يقومون بتصريف الأطباء بكلمة سيتم الصرف خلال الأسبوع او الأسبوعين القادمة وتمتد هذه الأسبوعين إلى أشهر وأشهر عديدة هؤلاء الأطباء هم الذين يعملون بكل مصداقية واهتمام واحترافية وهم من رفع من اسم وشأن التطبيق وفي الأخير قاموا بتوظيف أطباء جدد حين اغلق أغلب الأطباء القديمين عياداتهم
