1. Report A Printer Issue
When the printer displays an error message, use this app to scan the QR code shown on the display
and see procedures on how to troubleshoot the error. Resolve troubles quickly.

Call or email a SATO operator directly from your phone.
Also view online manuals for SOS-ready printer models.

The printer generates a QR code that records the printer's current status and appears on the display at specified intervals.
Use this app to scan the code and update printer status on SOS.
