Removing 2FA with a authenticator in favour of 2FA via SMS is a clear step backward in terms of security. All other banks, for the right reasons, are moving away for 2FA via SMS. This is honestly unacceptable.

This app just causes confusion. It's horrible compared to the very intuitive nicely designed Binck app, which we came from. It's a bloody shame that we are forced to use this shoddy work, while there is a better alternative: move all Saxo customers to the Binck app instead. Easy improvement: make the back button work like in any other Android app.
