An excellent way for consumers to pay for media. I used to routinely clear my cookies to bypass the paywall because I couldn't afford a one off subscription payment. Since discovering the app I am really happy to pay $3 for a single issue, it's a small impost and I get the satisfaction of supporting independent media in a way too few organisations facilitate. Kudos to whoever designef this system, hopefully it will ensure The Sat Paper prospers well into the future.

The files the app downloads clutter up my downloads folder. Can you not put them in their own folder or sub folder somewhere?

Saturday Paper, you're killing me! Got excited when I saw the app update & it's so much worse. When I go into the app it doesn't show the latest issue, have to click to "2021". It doesn't keep your spot or have a "mark as read" feature so I have to scroll from the top to find where I was at. At least the crossword functionality is within the app now, I don't have to navigate between the app and a browser. 3 stars for the quality journalism & once in the edition the articles are presented well

Great content but frustrating app - besides taking forever to open, and having clunky navigation, when when you click Read for the latest edition, every edition downloads, from your first subscription...taking up space on phone.

I should have known better after all the trouble I had with the Monthly app. I purchased a single TSP issue, just in case, not realising that it was in USD not AUD. Then I came back to the app and it didn't recognise that I'd paid for the issue. The money has definitely been paid. I logged out, as advised for new subscriptions, and I can't get back in. I've changed my password but the app doesn't recognise it. I give up. I was trying to support the podcast, which I appreciate, but it's too hard.
