Last year I subscribed to Booky again, for one year. It was supposed to have a Landers promo which I did not get. Quite sad because I could not use the app. It comes with a "something went wrong" msg when I check on Account details. The people behind it are generous and kind. They immediately attend to concerns too. It is one great app for foodies and budget friendly, too

Hello booky, I've been trying to call and send you a message but unfortunately no one answering any of my call or text. I want to request for Refund/cancel my transaction for failed delivery reason. " Hindi ba lumalabas sa system niyo ang mga failed delivery?" Wala ring nag re -reach out sa inyo about delivery and transaction failed. Edit: Thank you booky for your fast action about my transaction.

The directory isn't updated. Apparently some establishments here no longer have the Booky promos when I checked (as of 08/07/2021). Also I find it hard to click inside the app at times. This is despite having cleared the app cache, removing the app from the apps list and opening it again and even restarting my phone.

I cannot filter the food, glam, etc. It makes everything easier. Also, the signs that a restautant has an offer is nowhere to be found. Having a sign makes it easier. This app used to be my favorites plus the promos that you offer, but now the app makes it even harder to look for establishments that has promos. Bring back the old yet super convenient interface.
