I would give this app 4 stars due to the lack of English language support. It's essential for a bank application to offer an English version to accommodate all customers.

Slow. Does not have a simple user-friendly interface. Doesn't support the English language. The notification system sometimes works. Other times don't! The design is also very unattractive. Update Jan 2022: The overall experience has improved. The interface has gotten better. Still, no English language, which is very important for international users of a bank! The speed is still not satisfactory.

Today i went to sella in viale monternero and the cashier at the counter is so grumpy and annoying... The way he answer inquiries are very disrepectful... I am a client he has to have patience with clients. We are aeven in our family that is with banca sella... We have PAC and normal accounts and to be treated by this racist employee is very disappointing... I went their to ask help but he said right away that he can't help.. he could have explained it calmly but he's pitch is high. He cursed.
