There are fewer options for brands and products in sg sephora (app) compared to 10 years ago. Most brands don't sell where I live so that sucks.

i dont know where is the issue either the support or application itself. it took ages just to change email address. i keep losing my spending points/status, i lost my gold member status and i know its not expired yet. i also lost all my previous in store purchases. nothing can be solved easily. to my surprise the store cant track back the spending.

Can't checkout during the biggest sale of the year so by the time it's fixed everything will most likely be gone 😭 Please fix!! Update.. days after initially speaking to online chat, speaking to multiple people over the week, still doesn’t work & most of the things I wanted for Christmas presents are now out of stock! Thanks Sephora. Your online "support" is beyond useless & Mecca will now be my go to as you couldn't care less about your customers.
