Overall good experience, but the notification is blank in my notification bar and need dark mode.
Trying to turn off promotional information in notification setting doesn't work. It either turns back on when you access settings again or present you with a 'setting failed' message. That needs to work as not everyone wants to get irrevelant notifications a few times per day.
Had reset the password, but still can't login, it's keep saying that the password is not set for this account, wth!
Sf is now pushing using the app to receive notifications about parcels, but their notification system is broken. Several times now, I have been notified about a parcel in a locker more than 24, and sometimes 48 hours after it was placed there. Each time, I then have to pay extra to retrieve it and customer service argues that I should have known since I have the app. Fix notifications before you start demanding customers pay extra!
