This is one of my favorite games right now. But I am upset About one issue. while I was doing the 1v1 mission, in the rescue race, I was actually ahead and winning until my emergency worker got hung up/stuck in between water tenders and couldn't go rescue the patient. That has never happened before. I lost because of it :(. please fix issue.

I am changing my rating. I was able to get the new upgrade with a little work. This is what makes this game fun. some of the ads mess with the rewards. Overall I really enjoy playing the game.

Good game but the support is severely lacking. The current event is broken and has been since the outset but despite myself and others using their official discord and support to report the issue, nothing has changed and the event is about to finish. Shame as the game has plenty of good features.

Jan2026, I'm level 868. Merit achievement rewards have frozen. Another update and changed graphics, but the bugs are worse now. Game keeps crashing. Verticopter can take upto 20 seconds to appear. Still absolutely no contact with costumer support for help via email. PVP events are NOT live but prerecorded missions, mostly against players that haven't log in for Months or years. Missions are repeated too much. I've played the same mission 12 times in a row. Airport crash tender, costs over 30€.
