Why did the % based charging change from "What % charge you want " to " how much more % charge you want "? It's less intuitive as a user. Now i have to go back into my car and reverse calculate how much % i need. I might as well take out the calculator and use unit or time based calculation instead. I had conveyed this to Nishant at shell yeshwantpur last time, and he seems to have gone back on his word

Extremely poor technology! First, they'll advertise their subscription plans, which look pretty good, but if you go directly for a subscription, you're going to regret it. Apparently, their tech is so bad, that you need to do a minimum Rs. 100 recharge in the wallet and only after that if you buy the subscription, it'll work. Today, I lost faith in a brand that I've proactively advocated for more than 10 years. Shell is not a good option for EV charging. I'm going and selling all Shell Shares.
