Shinhan Bank does not request financial information, including the entire security card number, for reasons such as strengthening security and app updates.
After installing Shinhan Seoul Biz Pay, please disable ‘Settings → Security → Apps from Unknown Sources’ to block the installation of harmful apps.
- If the update does not work, please delete the installed Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan and reinstall it.
- It cannot be used on smartphones/tablets that have been modified (rooted).

The following access permissions are required to use Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan.
(Required)Phone
We collect your phone number and device information for mobile phone identity verification and member verification with the authority to verify your mobile phone number and access your mobile phone status and device information.
(Required) Storage space
It is necessary to check whether the app has been forged/modified, such as detecting/diagnosing malicious code.
*Required access permission is required to use Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan, and if permission is denied, it may not function properly.

(Optional) Camera
Used for QR scanning payments as access to the photo taking function.

*You can use Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan services even if you do not agree to the access rights for the above items, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
