To get verified, I provided my Medical License Number, even I shared the scanned copy of it --> they said it's not good enough, they need to know if there's any link to trace my Medical Registration Number. No, we don't have those, but I provided my PERSONAL Nursing Board Membership Number, they still think it's NOT ENOUGH, and asking for photos of my Passport/ID/Driver's License.. I feel utterly INSULTED.

This app has fully met requirements to date. Easy to navigate, with good support. Experienced some issues with bugs which have since been resolved, and some dissatisfaction around verification process, but overall, happy with app.

I don't like the fact that you have to use your phone number to make an account. email should suffice. my employer only provides an iPad to use for work purposes but requires that you use this app for communication but I don't get compensated for my cell phone bill. Consider using email or account setup please and thank you.

App was working fine until an update was made and now it won't even open and reboots my phone. Initially I was told it is an android 4 5 or 6 problem even though I had already explained I use android 10. I am now missing communications and no idea when it will be fixed. Nice app but support can be improved.

No longer supports either of my Android phones. One is a series 9, the other a 10. It just restarts the phone on input of the password
