I can't log in using biometric. Then I did forgot password..Keep on saying send OTP to my email but never received any OTP. check also on my spam folder and nothing.. I done thrice and still the same issue...Singtel why now your apps a lot of issues?? even after 7 hrs still the same Singtel..finally after singtel change my number instead of email..now it works..thanks Singtel..

took very very very long time to show used data or consumed roaming data, sometime even not loading while roaming. It was ok now got worse Update: after cleared data or even uninstalled, the data balance loading is still extremely slow

Terrible App and worst customer service ever! Haven't been able to view my bill in 3 months! Called customer service but just getting that terrible call bot and chatbot that imitates AI but is definitely not AI powered. Most frustrating experience ever considering I've been with Singtel for so long. If I could, I would give you 0 stars!
