After you enable the permissions to allow it to read your health stats, this is a great watch face to show your basic heart rate (within an hour). If you want to know your current heart rate, just tap on the heart rate view and it will show the most recent value. So far it is the best app I have found to show this information at the time. I wish I could update the heart rate refresh time, but I've been told that isn't possible at this time. Developer responds quickly!
