There is some kind of a maintenance code that maintenance uses to enter your apartment when you're not home. This activity is hidden from us in the app. This activity should also be shown to us in the history inside the app. We should be able to see any entry into our apartments. Make this available to us.

My problem with SmartRent is not the app, it's the hub. I noticed the hub disconnecting and reconnecting from wifi constantly lately, it used to be ok. If you try to do something when it's not connected to WiFi it never goes through even though it should fall back to cellular. it just spins and says taking longer than expected then fails. This is a new problem. Didn't think you could make the experience worse but you've managed to.
