update! there was apparently an outage on there end everything is back up thanks! something is wrong with this website will not allow me log into my account can not get a hold of anyone there original website zmodo has stopped completely and this new site is still not working this is ridiculous SMH

SUGGESTION: Is there any way to set up different notification per camera. So we can know that it's the Front, Back, Side, etc

cameras still act a little weird, disconnecting some times from the previous update. but I was able to get the one camera that was refusing to connect to reconnect. hopefully all continues well

Since the morning of 7/12/25, the app will not load. When I try to log in, it says, "Internet request failed, Please try again." When I go to the Smartz Eaze website, it says that the domain expired. I've emailed customer service and messaged via Facebook. I pay a monthly subscription and expect this to work. I need this resolved. UPDATE: it's working again as of 7/13/25

I can't watch my cloud playback anymore since the new app/update. It just loads forever. If someone stole off my porch I won't be able to see who it was or when because it'll just show me the loading screen forever. Its really disappointing when the other app worked so much better. Update7/13/25- the app started to work but then the app keeps signing me out and now it won't let me sign back in uninstalled and reinstalled, still can't sign in!! update 10/17/25 - no playback again!
