The first two scans went well but I have a partial and I'm missing teeth on the upper right side so when I turn my head Left it stops working

This app seems to run in a different time zone and there is no way to change it. On the website, my aligner switch is accurate, on the app it is not. Eg. Today is Thursday, this morning my app says to change tomorrow on Thursday. The website says change tomorrow on Friday. However, half way through the day, I will get a notification telling me to change.

Terrible experience. Chatbot is stupid and provides almost no value. Once in chat you can't return to the app - must close and restart. A simple function like registration that the retainers arrived and are in cannot be done. Really seems just to be a check box that they have an app, not a value added feature.
