It's just for cradit Card, other problems I can't connect video branch.
waste of time calling video branch, credit card team. The app keeps failing as soon as it reaches the OTP page. Simultaneously, the survey page kicks and OTP page land on the screen. Even without having spoken to the bank rep, it asks for a rating.
There is only an application called Video Branch. Call does not get connected. You have to wait for 2-3 hours and there is no service. Service is only in name and of people.Even in today's digital world, these people are doing manual work, so tell me what is the use of their digital video branch? These people are cheating the customers by asking them to do KYC manually again and again in their nearest bank.
