Great concept but having to do two factor authentication via email every single time I use the app is a bit much. Once a day or even once every few hours, ok - but making me do it again after answering a 6 minute phone call? Kind of ridiculous and makes me not want to bother with it... 🙃 Between 10-10:30am and 11:55am-12:15pm I've received 3 codes and now it won't send me a fourth. People multitask!! The app login shouldn't expire so quickly.

Disappointed to say the least. I was in the beta and the app worked great, but now I can't even log in. The app takes you to an in browser login window that just loads, I cleared cache, tried WiFi and data, nothing seems to work. I would love to give the app 5 stars but I feel as though I really can't right now.

Aggressively terrible. Doesn't log in some of the time, verification process is a mystery even to your own employees who get thrown under the bus by your error messages, requires email 2 factor immediately after closing the app, has log in bugs, and crashes constantly. I miss the old ugly app. Edit: I'm an app developer - the process does not have to be this bad to maintain my privacy and security. That's a lazy excuse for bad management decisions.
