AppInceptAbout this app
Developer Description
Set up reminders and complete kegel exercises with the help of Kegel Guide.
A weak pelvic floor may cause issues such as not being able to control your bowels or bladder. So, doing kegels can help improve urinary incontinence. Both men and women can do pelvic floor exercises.
Many factors can cause the pelvic floor in women to weaken such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging and weight gain. Men also experience this as well due to aging or if the man has had prostrate surgery.
Kegel Guide provides you with the basic tools to help you complete your kegel exercises. With Kegel Guide, you will get an easy to use interface, an area to set up your weekly / daily unlimited reminders, a progress tracker, and a set of audio and visual guides to help you conveniently complete your workout anytime and anywhere.
The kegel exercises can also be done hands-free by starting the timer and listening to the audio guides.
Features
• Set the speed and duration of the timer.
• Select audio, visual or vibration guides to help you complete your workout.
• Set daily / weekly reminders.

I really like this app! Have had pelvic floor pain, go to pf phys therapy. simple reminders that pop up on your screen on the icon and that you could vary the different sets you need to do. I told my physical therapist about it, shes spreading the word also about this app. You can also vary the counting by vibe, belltone, or spoken. Vibe count is best for me. thank you
This is the best app I have found to support doing pelvic floor exercises. Enough flexibility for me to choose exactly what I need in the settings with the duration and the number of reps etc. Only thing missing is the option to have accompanying music, however you can have spotify going at the same time.
Every thing is in app but when I minimise it become pause. I hate that it is not running in background and when app is in running the screen light is always on.
The reminder stopped working after 2 days
