The TaHoma app allows you to stay connected to your home from your smartphone or tablet.

Simply connect your devices such as shades, blinds, or draperies to TaHoma. You can now control them from the TaHoma app, remotely, by voice, or by adding a voice assistant (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Apple HomeKit*).

Seems to be working much better lately, after a tahoma hub update, now when I open the gate at pedestrian position, it 'knows' when the gate finished opening or closing. Before the pedestrian button was endesly spinning, so I had to force close the app, open again, and only then it received the gate's position from the somfy motor.

Had to lower the review score - since one of the recent updates I cannot login to an existing installation anymore, it constantly loops. Edit: I found out that if you change the country on the web and the inital configuration was done for a different country then this login loop happens... Changing back to initial country solved the problem.

Need to change WiFi on my Tahoma unit. App requires my location but despite giving the app permission first my location it cannot detect it. So my Tahoma is now a piece of junk as there is no other way of configuring the device

If you have more than one location you have to use different accounts but you can only link one to Google. so you can only have one location where voice control.works. You used to be able to switch between locations in the app but this no longer works so you have to log out and back in. So DO NOT BUY somfy if you ever want to use across more than one location. Do not expect their techy team to fix anything that does not work in anything like a reasonable time.
