My experience has been great since joining through the app. It's easy to understand and navigate through each page. Response from the support team has been super fast when I needed to subscribe. It would be great to allow payments come through each countries currency to reduce the process it takes subscribing from my country. I'm happy the app is free of adverts. Just downloaded the app yesterday. Nice and easy to set-up (also using Facebook) and navigate, they have affordable plans. I had an issue and reached out to customer service. They responded quickly, w/a helpful solution. Wish I could adjust the distance. I receive lots of messages from men in Nigeria & Gambia specifically. I'd much prefer to meet someone closer here in my state/city. If you match w/someone you have to upgrade in order to chat with them.

This app deserves a 0. I opened this app over 2years ago and abandoned it 2019, only to return and find worse problems. Last week, I upgraded to 6months premium and it's been one problem to the other. Messages can't load. Almost nothing in the app loads fine whereas I can smoothly stream movies on Netflix and do a smooth video call with other chat apps. So the problem is very much from your app. I almost never rate apps, but I just have to say this. Also, you can't even delete a message you sent
