wont let me pass ch 10 stage 1 completing the level freezes

Midway through the game, your battles begin to freeze during the end. This freeze prevents the app from transitioning from battle to rewards screen, causing you to not be able to continue with the game beyond that point. The result is to close the game, redo the battle, and the app will freeze again. unplayable like this.
