Clear entry for every club member
No matter who: Everyone has an overview on the start page of their personal app. About his consumption bill, for example - the current status in real time, or if you want: Where in the world is it just after four? Bottom up!

Instead of making a mark on the note on the fridge or the counter, everyone always has their lid with them. Just virtually. If I don't have my cell phone with me, I simply mark the central drinks list on the central tablet. As simple as that!

In the beverage warden 2.0 it is always up to date.
Anniversary Celebration or Ascension only drinks are also only displayed if available. Of course, the drinks attendant configures it so that the drinks, snacks or whatever are on the menu at the start of the event - and then simply disappear again when it's over. And with just 2 clicks!

The beverage attendant simply announces events in the app. The anniversary evening, the promotion party, the offspring of the colleague or the trip at the weekend. To make sure everyone is aware, all members are notified by push notification.
Always the complete overview - in real time
What is my current beverage bill? When did I drink something? When and how much was the last time I paid? All this and in real time in the personal app. And how can I pay? Well, like you always did. Cash, bank transfer or whatever. The beverage attendant will then book it for you.

Well, almost as usual: Instead of the paperwork, the beverage warden 2.0 runs on a tablet. Here everyone can make their strokes directly. Of course, I can protect my lid with a PIN so only the insiders and I can make the strokes. I can do it, but I don't have to.
In the personal app, the counter lines can of course also be seen immediately - in real time.
A veteran member doesn't like a personal app because they don't like cell phones? No problem. The strokes can be made in the central tablet directly on its cover.
