Great service, we have used them for all our out bound flights and the service has been wonderful, they arrive on time, do the test at your home, results are then sent really quick. Great for busy people on the go, coming to your house, testing and the getting the results ASAP really helps!

Great experience with the doctor but sound quality of the app was poor. Had to struggle to hear from the doctor's end. WiFi connection was very stable as I was next to my router and the doctor mentioned that sound was a regular proble on his side too.

No cancellation can be made even immediately after booking. You cannot edit the date/time in app even if nurse or appointment hasn't been confirmed. The final price for ART test booking is inconsistent with initial price stated and no easy way to check how it amounted to final cost.

Terrible service. Booked the nurse for 2pm, no one showed. Called them and was told they would come at 4pm. No one showed. Then they said 6pm and the app sent me a message that the nurse was on the way. No one showed. I sent the nurse a message via the app, no reply. Called them at 10pm and they still had no idea what had happened to their nurse. Save yourself the stress and nightmare. Stay away from this service.
