You must use every letter to form the right words and fill in the honeycomb puzzle, but this can be quite tricky on a hexagonal grid. Many levels feature uncommon words, words with snaking paths, and red herrings to misdirect you. It's satisfying to beat each level, and a cute bee will pop out to celebrate when you do!

Absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one! It's a fantastically challenging word game with lots of themed stages to unlock as well as 3 daily challenges for endless content. A couple of feature requests: 1. Option to keep the screen on while playing. Sometimes the screen timeout breaks the concentration. 2. Option to view word definitions once a puzzle is complete. Outside of that the game is beautifully designed and works perfectly.

Why so tedious?

I would rate 5 stars as this is my go to game for long flights, but some of the levels are literally unsolvable without obscure, hyperspecific knowledge of certain jargon words. I wish they would get rid of the "community" levels made by random linguistics nerds who make levels with words like "vrouw" and "cwms". So -2 stars for that. If they get rid of those dumb gatekeepy levels I'll give it 5

I'm not sure where all these reviews are coming from saying this is a great word game? This game has meager instructions and once the first few tutorial rounds are done your left with no idea how to play. There's no explanation of what the theme of each puzzle is so you have no idea what type of word you're looking for. I went ahead and paid the two bucks for the app going by all the reviews and what a mistake. oh yeah, no clues or tips if you get stuck. Can't figure out a puzzle game over!

since download, I have had UI issues but they have slowed down or stopped. Update. The issues have not gotten any better. there are two flaws. first, opening the app interrupts all audio. this is an annoyance and can be overlooked. second, often the app fails to show any of the levels. to fix, I close and reopen the app, which amplifies the first issue. the game is very fun and I wouldn't give such a low rating but I expect these to be resolved for a paid app.
