SportsYou is helpful because it keeps teams connected in one safe app. I like how you can message, share schedules, pictures, and files with ease. Coaches and parents can stay updated without using email or phone numbers. It’s like a team clubhouse on your phone!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Is there a difference between Apple and Android users? I use android and do not see all the posts from my group. But my Apple user friend does. It will not show attached files or PDFs in my feed. But I can see it if I go to the photos or files. (I did update my settings to allow media and files, with no improvement.) I end up missing critical information because I'm unaware it was posted. Everything else seems fine so far.

The app is good for communication, but when a video is uploaded from a Samsung phone, people with an iPhone can't see the video. The app is up to date on both types of phones, and it still won't work. It's a bit frustrating since we switched to sportsYou from the Band app, thinking we wouldn't have issues like this.

This has been a great app, until recently. It now locks very quickly with "No Internet Access" error message even while I have both Mobile Access and Wifi Access. Worse, once the error message comes up, the app is unusable. Restarting does nothing as app becomes locked in that error message. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a day now just keep my team informed. Apps rating is declining, now at 3.9.

Coaches are sending me Chat messages and unfortunately I can't see the content of the message. I know that I received a message because there is a blue dot or small circle 🔵 next to the messaging icon as well as a red circle 🔴 within the inbox of the chat; however, I can't see the contents of the message and it's frustrating having to install and reinstall the app just so I can see the contents of the message. I have checked the Google play store and haven't seen any updates.
