Panorama Mosaic helps you create panoramic photos with your DSLR.
Mosaic Panorama is an app that helps you create complex panoramic photos with your DSLR easily and precisely.
Although there are physical panoramic heads designed for this purpose, this app is a free and always-available solution, useful in any situation where you don't have access to dedicated equipment.
How it works
On the "Home" screen, select:
Your camera's sensor format
The lens's focal length
The desired overlap between shots
Tap "Calculate": the app will calculate the offset in degrees, both horizontally and vertically, required to obtain correctly aligned images.
Choose the direction of movement:
➡️ left-right or ⬆️ up-down
Start the sequence with "Start," move your DSLR positioned on a tripod, and start shooting.
The app will guide you visually and audibly when to take the shot.
It will monitor the smartphone's tilt: if you deviate from the ideal value while changing direction, an alert will appear.
Once you return to the correct tilt, the alert will disappear.
This system allows you to obtain perfectly aligned panoramic mosaics, ideal for assembling with professional stitching software.
