Red Remover BLAST is the explosive spin-off of puzzle game Red Remover.

Red Remover BLAST is the explosive spin-off of puzzle game Red Remover. The gameplay is different this time around. Instead of clicking red shapes to remove them you must use explosions to knock them off the screen. Don't knock any green shapes off though or you'll fail the level. To add to the fun there are 8 planes of gravity - look at the shapes faces to see which way they will fall. Too easy? Try replaying the game in the extra challenging coin mode!
Red Remover Blast is a fun and bombastic installment to the popular physics-based puzzle game. Your object is to find a way to blast all gloomy red blocks off the screen. Complete 40 levels of riddles and check out the coin mode and bonus levels, too! Much fun!
How to play: Tap to create explosions. Remove red shapes. Keep green shapes on the screen. Dark red shapes are unaffected by explosions, use other shapes to knock them off.
Once you have beaten a level its par will be revealed. If you can beat the level using that many clicks or less you will beat the level on par. Levels you have beaten on par become yellow on the level select screen. If you beat a level under par a small number indicating how far under par you were will be shown.

I gave this a try after revisiting the old RR games after about a decade, & this one's interesting. The premise is neat, but tbh the controls & physics are VERY difficult to manage. Explosions often pull blocks, & balls will randomly ricochet or accelerate unpredictably. I don't have the time to try to par the levels, if that's even possible due to the physics so I won't go for the challenges. Since it's a mobile game, I kinda wish the retry button was bigger. That all being said, it was neat.

Didn't age well. Downloaded this for a bit of nostalgia. 1. The screen resolution didn't match my phone so the graphics were very distorted. 2. Ads are CONSTANT. When a level can be beaten with 1 tap, there shouldn't be an ad immediately. 3. For a physics game, the physics was surprisingly hard to predict. I actually tested this by clicking the exact same spot on the same level and found the blocks moved differently between tries. I'll blame the resolution though. 2 stars is generous.
