Stokii aims is to bring structure to any type of social group that requires some formality. We are committed to improving group interaction and administration – at no cost to the user.

To get started, download the Stokii app, provide group details and use the invite members function on the app to invite other members. It is that easy.

Servicing any type of social groups
Stokii is intended to be used by any type of social groups, ranging from groups that save/invest together, hobby & sporting groups, school communications and extramural activities etc. Of key importance, the app serves both types of groupings, those that have financial concerns in the form of periodic contributions (yearly/monthly contributions/subscriptions) to those that have no financial concerns but have a need to structure and manage their semi or formal content.

Transparency = Trust
In any grouping, the higher the transparency – the higher the trust. Stokii provides for 100% transparency of group activities ensuring that members have access to all group activities and communication.

Accountability
Stokii makes provision for role allocation, thus segregating responsibilities. There are three roles that are catered for, namely: Admin, Treasurer (if the group has financial interests) and the Chairperson. Each of these roles has specific privileges which ensures accountability.

Administration
Good administration is the foundation for governance and compliance. Most groups operate on a shared understanding of the member’s obligation(s). Stokii allows for attachments of documents in a structured and searchable manner ensuring that all members have access to information, in the form of decisions taken, minutes and or financial documentation.

Track group performance
This function is intended primarily for groups that have financial obligations in the form of periodic contributions for group savings and for groups that have membership subscription or fees. This function allows groups to track their performance against a set target – be it monthly or yearly. All members will be able to view information regarding adherence to payments by their fellow members.

Open engagement
There is an in-app chat function to allow members to communicate group activities. This function allows for strict group activities communication, thus ensuring that everyone has access to the same information.

Event Management
Any member can create an event invite and share with the group. This will tell other members what the event is about, when and where.
