The gane won't even load it sticks on 97% and won't load any further. Was looking forward to playing this game as well. I'll try again in a few days. **EDIT** It's working now, upping it to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ really clear and cute game hardly any ads. Great way to relax when nothing else to do.

Fun, but buggy. When I try to go to the building part of the game, it freezes any of the non-basic game buttons. For example, I am able to play the basic game, but the Christmas decorations part won't click when I try it. The storage will open, but the town part will not. I have to restart the game to access those features. A little frustrating when it interrupts game play so much.

Ever since the Christmas update this game has continued to have problems. My tasks have disappeared snowflakes are gone and the tasks challenges are gone as well. Still having the same issues today.

2 stars suck considering I actually enjoy the game very much, but I have been emailing the developers for almost 2 months now concerning missing items,and NO ONE has tried to contact me or resolve the issue.I would merge and create items, run out of energy than leave the game and come back later when my energy is filled and the items that I made would be gone.the main issue I'm having is the merge for the hotel stuff is completely gone...I can't create anything and I'm now stuck ... please fix

12/16/25- Edit: I can now open the game but it reset to Level 1. All levels, buildings, gems, & energy started at ZERO!! I haven't been able to open the game since the last update on 12/12/25. When it does open it's a start screen with no energy and you can't do anything from there; it looks like I lost my level, my gems & my energy! Normally this is a 5 star ⭐ game & I will update my review once this issue is fixed.
