almost played this game for a year and one of my favourite. whennew update comes, literally when i tried switching account it just stay on "please wait" i waited for 20mins straight and still on that loading screen, i can't even go back to my main account because of this loading screen, there's nothing wrong with my internet nor my phone, the game itself has a problem because I've just played the game earlier and now when i tried to switch account there where it all happend. please fix this bug.

prestige skins are some of the most overpriced skins I've seen in any game, and the points are time limited to spend. also resources are slow to get. otherwise pretty fun and lots of cool characters.

not recommended for new players unless you are willing to spend. most of the game revolves around getting the best gear, the best units, the best everything. at the beginning it was easy because everyone started off new but if you are getting into the game now I do not recommended because it is very resource heavy and time consuming to not only save up for the units you want but for the gear as well. only if you decide to spend tons of $$$ do i recommended playing as of now.

It's a good game but can you please add a few more (about 2 or 3) male characters with different skin tones so there is more variety in characters?

I returned to the game and found my entire SEA account gone. Support told me the server was shut down and my data can’t be recovered because I didn’t generate a transfer code. I never knew about this change, and there should’ve been proper backups or clearer in-game notices. All my hard work and progress from years ago just vanished. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Time to uninstall the game.
