Number 1 for all LEO's out there. The best there is so far hands down!

While I like this approach I think it should continue to be updated constantly changing are being made by the State Department of Justice and the NYPD. It should also reflect that. On the reference section (juvenile) need to be update. For those working in the NYC transit system there is a lot of changes as to who get TAB or C summons. It need help. And also add transit offence to the reference as well.
