App disconnected from the solar panels for about 3 months. But as of today, it is now reconnected. Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Hopefully no other issues.

Used it for a year, ok. It locked up 2 days ago at 5%. Called support twice, usless. They told me it was cell coverage and other BS. Finally reloaded the app, it works again I think. For Android. Kayocera phone.

disappointed with the chatnow w/reps . everything is halfway decent except for the texting/chat part. the chat feature is downright awful. the scrolling feature is not good at all. bump the phone and it can send you back to the beginning. i wonder if the chat feature works better on PC. muuuch better off calling and waiting for a human on the phone. if there's an error in billing. call it in. the app won't fix it. whomever or team designed this app should be ashamed of themselves

The lies are exponential with sunrun and they refuse to do anything about it. Difficult to use, hard to read, no real breakdowns of anything just a bunch of bad bar graphs so compressed together it's hard to read. Can only go by presets of day, week, month and year, and not by billing period. Does not really update real time and seems to not be very accurate in it's readings compared to others.
