Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. I had this app (synctuition) before it became mindspa and never had problems, and it was amazing. Now I can't get it to load and closed all tabs and then unstalled it and then reinstalled it, and it doesn't matter it won't load. This is for sure not worth $95, and if it continues, I will not be renewing it. Side tip I went on to the synctution on a web browser and not on the app, and it works if you have it paid for the yearly so you can at least use it.

The app will not load on any of my phones. The screen keeps loading. The screen is black. The screen is pixelated all messed up. Pick a scenario. It doesn't need an update either please fix this as it was paid for as a subscription at $99/year.

They scammed me. I have a 7 day free trial. This is only day 3, and they have charged my account $15.99. I went in to cancel way before the 7 days was up because the sounds are glichy and sound journey quit working altogether. Right after that, I checked my checking account and saw the charge. I'm furious. Do not give your account info to these scammers. Update: It shouldn't matter monthly, yearly, or lifetime. 7 free days was emphasized. Why should yearly have nothing to pay except after 7 days
