Founded in 1998, IIOE imparts training to insurance sales professionals to achieve EXTRAORDINARY sales performance. We are the only institute in India credited to have generated the HIGHEST NUMBER of MDRTs, COTs, and TOTs all over the country.
Headquartered in Mumbai, our wings reach wide across 178 Indian cities providing RESULT-ORIENTED training to lakhs of insurance sales professionals of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
Brief History

In 1998, Mr. Deepak Joshi, Founder president of IIOE, an accomplished insurance advisor, dreamed of the day when insurance agents would gain SELF-ESTEEM, RESPECT, HONOUR, and DIGNITY of this NOBLE profession with a strong belief in the power of insurance products as a solution for life’s investment needs. Out of this dream, IIOE emerged and today has become a nationwide movement of sales excellence in the life insurance industry.
With our core faculty of dynamic leaders and apprentice leaders, numbers of activities are carried out in 300 cities with 17 comprehensive courses including INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS and numerous guest sessions have immensely benefited lakhs of finance professionals to set industry benchmarks of performance and productivity.
IIOE successfully conducted 15 Grand International Conventions till date where Top insurance professionals from all over the world like Dr. Rizal Naidu - Malaysia, J. Parsuraman - Singapore, Dcewan Coorey - Sri Lanka, Sani Kudus - Singapore, Niraj Baxi - USA, Niju Vaswani – USA has graced the event as speakers for several years.
Re-christened in 2008 as Indian Institute of Excellence and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. the institute is now supported by the Institute of Financial Professional Association (IFPA).
