21/02/25: Customer Service Support had helped me solve the Unable to verify as real-person issue which previously made me not able to send msg to sellers. It is easy to use. Just make direct purchases with Alipay payment. For purchases to SG, I get them to deliver to Taobao2sg warehouse which I then forward to my address in SG.

I've been using the app for quite some time and I personally like it. The beginning with the hazard of security was quite annoying to go through, but somehow with luck I've managed to be able to use it. I personally use a Chinese address (a warehouse address) so I can send them there and send them to me after I'm done with buying things I like, since I live abroad and don't send outside China. Communicating with everyone is just as easy as well by using a transaction app and they are very kind

I really really wish the support and who is responsible on this app to read this, the app is very good and it has good features but me as a foreigner I tried to reach the sellers too many times, but it asked me to verify the identity, I know Chinese love privacy but I really wanna go buy lot of stuffs, I just know bought stuff, the seller has shipped but very important thing wasn't in his shipment, im wishing to send him message I want a solution for this, I hired agents too many times, thx

it keeps asking me to update so i can use full function but i cannot find any update version. Maybe it is because I am not in China?? I use Samsung note20 and the app is still super slow. I guess it should be better if i update (I could not) The rating system for seller and buyer is good. I got fake product once but the customer service did not help me at all.

The worst app I have ever seen, if it doesn't allow international users to receive the verification code, why would it even be display on play store? I have already make the payment and later, it block me from receiving the verification code,I couldn't even confirm receipt, how is the buyer supposed to receive the money and how am I supposed to get my product or refund my money????😡😡😡😡😡
