Reducing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. This game stated off incredibly fun. But the progression quickly slowed to a crawl as I encountered the pay wall. Everything is money based. Getting parts and cars is painfully slow unless you're willing to pay, and they want you to pay weekly! It's so fun. And I have dumped some money into it. I don't mind supporting the Devs. But the cost is insane. So disappointing.

I wanted to reset my account so I submitted a ticket to the support team. it's the only way you can reset your account if you are connected to Google or Facebook. it's been 5 days. I just want to start the game over again, I had an amazing time playing it. why is it taking so long. one star for that. they say it takes 24 hours for an answer
