UI is absolutely terrible. The way the menu is presented is awful. It's difficult and tedious to navigate through. They dont update your order status to "ready" on the app so you could be waiting longer than needed

You can't type any special instructions anymore so I can't use this app because I have allergies with no option to type that in. No more curbside. Also some bug with the app that clears your cart randomly that's been there since release still hasn't been fixed. ETA is completely wrong when you place an order. This app has only gotten worse
