Edit 2: as always Hotschedules is on top of it!! They were quick to respond to their customers to switch their layout back to what we're used to! Thank you!! ---‐-----------‐------------------------- I've been working in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years, and this app has done wonders with the hassle that comes from trying to get your shifts picked up or swapped. Simple to use, and very convenient on the go.
Update! I gave it 4 stars. Thank you for listening to the people and returning the format back. Much better! Leave it alone! This new update is awful. It is not user-friendly, and the layout removes necessary information needed for a smooth shift change during shifts. It also makes it near impossible to find people to switch shifts with because you can't see their sections anymore. You need a revamp!!!!
One feature that would be helpful is to go back to past weeks in order to review which shifts you've worked. Otheriwse, when a new workweek rolls around on Sunday, you can't view your past shifts unless you have the calendar synch active.
awful. just awful. Unintuitive, not user-friendly, obvious features not there especially when trying to communicate needs regarding time off and scheduling in general. Feels incredibly dumbed down. Prepare to bang your head against a wall. half the time I can't tell if a feature is missing or it's just really buggy... often can't enter information. The ability to send texts to coworkers is great, and it updates to my Google calendars really well!
Took away the widget. The app is very unreliable, one star until they fix issues with losing in and refreshing currently posted schedule. Also, bring the widget back.
