I love playing and making new friends. I would give it a 5☆ but rated it 4☆ for 2 specific reasons. First v and foremost the diamonds 💎 there is no way to make them and you earn so little of them. There used to be a machine for making them, but it's been removed and only long time players have it. Second the speed of the game when gifting and visiting. If it weren't for these 2 issues I would give it a 5☆

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS (ZENDESK). The game is nice to play. you can make a community of neighbors and collect coins and gifts by events or for appliances. when you get started good in the game. It needs some IMPROVEMENTS such as getting your gifts, SUGGESTION: making a drop down box. it's very time consuming to find a gift,otherwise. Instead of making it one by one floor/wall decor. SUGGESTION: maybe do a swipe of multiple items (floor and wall).

12/10/25-Your recent update left a bug. I can't open the ovens to cook. PLEASE FIX THIS 8/21/25-update if this game throws me into another ad that I DIDN'T ask for I'm going to stop playing it. I've been playing for over 10 yrs! I really like to play the game but every time it goes out of sync all my old goals keep popping up. This needs to be fixed. I have to close out so many old goals before I can play. It does this to me at least once a day. Otherwise, I like the game.
