I had a great experience with Al Fatah, but I want to mention one issue. Al Fatah delivers to almost all areas except Gulberg Greens. When I order groceries, they charge Rs. 1,000 for delivery instead of the usual Rs. 200, which is quite unfair. I request Al Fatah to include Gulberg Greens in their delivery areas so that more people can benefit from their services."

Good app and very convenient. Just update the stock accordingly and introduce a loyalty program or discount coupons for loyal customers.

Even you order above 10k there is no free delivery. Delivery should be free if your order is above 3k like other grocery apps

All good but it makes a chime sound even when the app is closed (Its not a notification). Me being a dev myself, I restricted app permissions as much as I could but still couldn't get the random chime to go away. Nothing in the settings either. Just Uninstalled the app because this is just creepy at this point.

Terrible Service, they totally miss the point of online ordering, which is supposed to provide convenience to the customer. My order twice was delayed for days despite it saying 2 hours delivery or same day. They're out of stock on many items and won't refund the money expecting you to communicate with unresponsive people to replace the items for similar value.
