Tegsoft Telescope is an easy-to-use mobile app designed for real-time call monitoring for Tegsoft Contact Center users. Tegsoft Telescope enables to track the current status of the Contact Center without any time and place limitation. It is intended to monitor call traffic for each installed contact center systems.
