DO NOT USE THIS APP! Its the cheapist and most ussles chiness piece u can have in the market! Nothing rlly works properly! Sins the beggining we have had issues with every aspect of yhe app. It just gathers your data.
Finaly useful GUI, because of small fonts didn't see hour on map and precentage of batteries. Nice colors and icons as it should be. GPS with my version of watch is military precise, never turn on LBS. LBS as option shouldn't be advertised on kids watches, as it is wrong and missguided for parents. Stop advertising as GPS! ! ! Dont sell those watches, period. !!!
Location is Wrong wrong wrong sms dont work Its a chinese watch and Polish company They didnt bother to translate some messages from Chinese or Polish!!!
LBS location is always incorrect (like 300~500 meters off). Sometimes getting notifications for other people. English localization is incomplete, other language localizations don't exist.
We got a smartwatch Forever KW-300 from a friend, they don't use it anymore. She unbind the watch, deleted app from the phone. I still cannot bind the watch to my account, because it forces the old one. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS, how to reset watch to factory settings or delete account on the app. Nor in manual, nor on the web. I wrote an email to "customer care" (shame to call it this way), there is no response in a month. I am deeply disappointed. It is not a way to treat customers.
