Used to work brilliantly, but since this latest app update, where the savings option was added, all but see if NG how much you have earned has failed to work. Employer says as its app function issue they can't help. App support say they only talk to employers. Thanks for the response, but it's the core withdrawal options that aren't showing. I just mentioned the new features as thats when it changed

Been using this app for years or so been fine and now last few weeks my balance hasn't increased and I know my wages were well over £2500 but it continually stayed at £1950 after every carer call i completed and so now I can't access my wages Like this morning on a new pay period so it went back to 0 and I have completed 5 care calls and nothing has changed or risen Absolute joke and I've emailed early last week and nothing been done......STILL NOT WORKING days later and just before Christmas!!!
