I loved the actual meet-ups. 10/10 for those. the app itself is janky. The messenger doesn't always work and it is really hard to receive pictures.

I enjoyed my group I was matched with, but this organization is new. The website is confusing to navigate. The account page doesn't allow you to see your subscription or change your credit card information. I was charged for a yearly subscription with very little notice. I had nowhere to refer back to like an account or subscription page, but instead found it had been charged on my credit card statement. They need to be a lot more transparent about services, not just at checkout.

The most recent update broke the app for me. Thankfully, RealRoots sent out an email, so I know where all our future events are. But it's pretty ridiculous that I can't even log in or use the app. Especially when considering how much this whole experience cost.
