Apparently there is a badge that shows whether a contractor is licensed. I edited my review, but docked stars because I feel like this should be more obvious and should also be a filter, for certain trades you really want a licensed professional.

I needed someone to replace my garage door spring so I downloaded the app. It was very easy to setup and get a pro but the negative was the companies completing for the business. I requested for the app to send my request to only 2 companies but 4 companies responded. They called and text me many times, I had to block one of the companies. Also the service professionals were very expensive. one company gave me a quote of $675 for one spring. I deleted the app.
