Simply input an agricultural spray or liquid application, and Tip Wizard will sort through and provide you the best Combo-Jet spray tips for the job. It will both simplify your tip selection process, but if you are wanting to become a better spray applicator, it provides advanced tools to give you more depth to look into.

It provides industry leading information for rate controlled spray systems as well as Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Sprayer Systems like Capstan PinPoint™, Case AimCommand®, John Deere ExactApply®, Raven Hawkeye® and more.

Simply, by entering your intended spray volume, speed, spacing, etc, Tip Wizard will be able let you tailor it specifically to your actual (real-life) spraying conditions.

For example, Tip Wizard charts provide a % of total volume that would be considered driftable fines (%<141µ), so you could estimate off-target spray volume in ideal conditions.

Tip Wizard also provides the % of total volume <600µ, resulting in a relative factor of spray coverage (or % of small droplets which would lend themselves well to coverage spraying).

The two pieces of information (%<141µ and %<600µ) can make a much clearer decision and inspire confidence of knowing how a spray tip would operate in ideal conditions, before you even buy them.

Chemical efficacy and environmental due diligence both hinge on being able to make qualified application decisions, so Tip Wizard gives the most information as to plan an application for success.

Pulse Width Modulation technology, which is becoming more prevalent for agricultural spraying, is also included within Tip Wizard's searches, making it once again easier to pick spray tips dedicated for that system. It shows the effective PWM duty cycles at any speed, allowing much easier decisions to be made with tip size on a PWM sprayer.

Some newer features to Tip Wizard are the ability to select fertilizer streamer nozzle and visual flow indicator metering orifices within the app itself.

Another new function to Tip Wizard is being able to select which style/type/size and ball to use with Flow View Ball Flow Indicators. (Another agricultural liquid application: liquid fertilizer or chemicals applied in furrow with seed)
