Application to support land price lookup under Decision 36/2019 / QD-UBND dated December 20, 2019 for free

- Land price used as a basis in the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 114 of the 2013 Land Law, specifically as follows:
1. Calculation of land use levy when the State recognizes residential land use rights of households and individuals for the area part within the quota; to permit the change of land use purposes from agricultural land, non-agricultural land other than residential land to residential land for the areas within the residential land allocation quota for households and individuals;
2. Calculating land use tax;
3. Calculation of charges and fees in land management and use;
4. Calculation of fines for administrative violations in the field of land;
5. Calculation of compensation to the State for damage caused in land management and use;
6. Calculation of the value of land use rights to be paid to people who voluntarily return land to the State in case the returned land is land assigned by the State with the collection of land use levies, recognition of land use rights with collection of money use land or leased land with one-off rental payment for the entire lease term.

- Works and projects with compensation and support plans approved under Decision No. 22/2014 / QD-UBND dated December 26, 2014 of the People's Committee of Can Tho city (before the date of the Decision This decision takes effect), continue implementing the plan approved, not applying the provisions of this Decision.
- For projects which have been decided or assigned land to be leased before the effective date of this Decision, this Decision is not applicable.
- Take effect from January 1, 2020. "
